Student Remote Access Request Fall 2020 for U.S. Citizens

We ask all students to discuss their fall course registration with their academic advisor, and submit any requests for remote access as soon as possible.

Please note that requesting remote access, by submitting this form, is informing the university that you will not be attending any campus courses in person.

Students that only need course by course flexibility should not submit this form and work directly with their faculty members on a course by course basis for remote access and individual flexibility.

To request remote access to all your courses please complete the information below. You should also notify your class professors that you will be a remote student.
