Group Campus Visit Request Form

Florida Tech does its best to accommodate all visitors. Group tours are conducted weekly, excluding holidays. Reservations and check-in are required to visit our campus. Requests for group tours should be submitted 15 days before your preferred tour date. We will consider your preferred date, but we cannot guarantee availability at the time of your request. We will send an email confirmation once we have your tour date set. 

Please withhold making any reservations for buses, hotels, or other arrangements until we have confirmed by email that your preferred date is available.

High School Groups (9th - 12th grade)

• Admission Presentation
• Panther Pride Ambassador led campus tour
• Look inside a housing option
• Lunch at Panther Dining ($10 per guest). Additional information regarding payment options will be provided once your group visit is confirmed.

Notes about group tours

• We recommend that groups of less than 10 high school students attend our Weekday Tours. Please register individually.
• We strongly recommend 1 chaperone for every 10 students scheduled to attend.
• The safety of our tour guests is extremely important.  The tour may be modified or rescheduled if lightning is in the immediate area.  Tours must be rescheduled if the University is closed due to extreme weather.
• If your group would like to dine on campus, we recommend that you make arrangements with our Panther Dining Hall before visiting to receive a group discount. Once your visit is confirmed, details will be sent on making those arrangements.
